One sidenote however: carbon dioxide emissions cut visualization is quite misleading. Whereas Japan and EU both use 1990 as reference point of emission cuts, US uses the year 2005. So, actually compared to EU&#039;s 20% (30% if other countries commit to equally big cuts) US only promises about 4% cuts... it&#039;s a start but weak compared to rivals and I think this should be visualized in video, too.</description>
