		<description>Well, duh on me! It&#039;s obviously the similar to turning off previews. Been doing that for years to make web graphics a wee bit smaller. I wonder how much is saved from turning off the backward compatibility feature, which is occasionally needed. Thanks, Phil!</description>

that&#039;s pretty much what this tip does. (just more complicated)
in general a composite of all layers is saved in a PSD (ok, it&#039;s a bit more complicated than that) and that just doesn&#039;t compress as well, as a white layer.

so if you are really want so save HD space, you can have this way easier ;-)</description>
