“Razorfish has a message for IAM.com: Since you don’t like the site we built you, and haven’t finished paying for it, stop using it. In a lawsuit filed in New York’s Supreme Court Monday, the Web designer demanded $500,000 damages and an injunction barring IAM, a talent casting service, from using its own Razorfish-designed site. As reported, IAM last week sued Razorfish in Los Angeles, claiming that its site was faulty and unusable.”
