An interview with Dr. Donald Norman, author of “The Design of Everyday Things.” I asked Don several web usability questions, but he told me that he was not an expert on web sites — that is the domain of Jakob Nielsen. The thing I like most about this interview is that he makes you think beyond web usability. Mark Hurst of Creative Good did the same thing when I interviewed him. While usability is important, it isn’t everything. Not by a long shot.”
