Proposal on Documentation of the Design Process in Online Environments

MetaGrrrl: “As the World Wide Web becomes an increasingly legitimate publishing medium, the need for consistency, clarity, and documentation grows. Developers need to begin focusing on the issue of adding depth and long-term utility to large web sites by thoroughly documenting the design of their sites. This documentation should include why certain decisions were made, techniques used, problems encountered, solutions (or detours) found, and other information relating more to the creation of the page than to its content.”
