“This site exists as a way for me to collect and catalog MacKnowledge in one place, and in so doing, becoming the ultimate MacReferenceSite, to aid other users seeking MacFacts (and to prefix as many words with Mac as MacHumanly possible).”

“What’s the most pleasing image to casual art viewers? Two deer and a hippopotamus in a mountain lake on a partly cloudy day with people relaxing near the shore. According to a survey of 1,001 adults by two Russian artists, they like wild animals, water, ordinary people having fun and the color blue.” More at Nando.

This guy has translated some Marshall McLuhan text into an iconic language that I do not understand yet. “In most cases a single sentence is translated into a single icon. In some cases two sentences are combined into one icon. In other cases a long sentence is split up into two icons.”

“What you are about to see is a collection of photographs found in various places by men and women across the country. They were discovered on sidewalks, in furniture, left behind by previous homeowners, or fished from drugstore dumpsters. I started collecting found photos about eight years ago and started to gather them in albums to entertain guests. Word spread fast and I was asked to bring my collection on my travels. Friends who find photos often donate them to my archives and I currently own around 500 pictures.”
