Privacy Policy

We are XPLANE. We are a TiER1 Impact company.

We partner with clients to activate strategies through people. We believe that by helping people do their best work, we can help individuals and organizations realize their potential and ultimately create a better world. As part of that, we operate this website to provide free content, resources, and information on our services, as well as to realize the potential of our readers and their teams.

In order to best serve that content and the needs of our audience, we sometimes collect information from you. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website.

What information do we collect about you?

We collect information about you when you fill out a form on our website. The primary information we collect is your name and email address. Some forms will ask for the company employing you, the industry you work in, your job title, your country, your phone number, or your department. Providing this information is always optional, however you may not be able to access all of our content.

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to provide you with services, additional resources and information, and notifications for upcoming webinars and events. We also collect information to inform our content creation process to be more relevant to you and other users.

XPLANE will never share your contact information for marketing purposes with other companies.

Marketing

We primarily send our information through our email newsletter, which you have the option to customize to your preference. If you decide you would no longer like to receive emails (gasp!) or other marketing information, you may opt out at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by letting us know you no longer wish to be contacted using our Contact Us Form.

Data Security

XPLANE encrypts data at rest and in transit for all of our customers.  We employ Amazon Web Services (AWS)  for hosting of data and applications, which provides maximum security in line with industry best practices.
